Saving your file

Under file the file menu, you will find SAVE AS.
Save your Powerpoint Presentation as a Powerpoint Show on your desktop.
That way your file opens immediately, without having to go through all the normal set-up procedures.

Test your presentation on the big screen. Sometimes your presentation looks different on the screen than it does on the computer monitor.

Lighting in the room or issues with the cabling or connections may be resolved at this time.

Check your presentation using a standard Multimedia Rubric

Book the projector for the day of your presentation.

Projectors must be booked by your teacher on the First Class conference called LCS A.V. Equipment. Pick up the projector from Mr. D. Smith in room 154.
