Saving
your file
Under
file the file menu, you will find SAVE AS.
Save your Powerpoint Presentation as a Powerpoint Show on your desktop.
That way your file opens immediately, without having to go through
all the normal set-up procedures. |

Test
your presentation on the big screen. Sometimes your presentation
looks different on the screen than it does on the computer monitor.
Lighting in the room or issues with the cabling or connections may
be resolved at this time.

Book
the projector for the day of your presentation.
Projectors
must be booked by your teacher on the First Class conference called
LCS A.V. Equipment. Pick up the projector from
Mr. D. Smith in room 154. |
