DECEMBER:
Our Christmas Concert entitled "Holiday Hoedown", was a great success with many parents and friends in attendance. A big thank you to Music Council for all their help in putting on this event
OCTOBER:
Congratulations to the Viking Five on being selected as finalists in the Sudbury Jazz Festival's Talent Search. Upcoming gigs for this group include the retirement dinner for Rainbow District School Board Teachers. Playing now - The Viking Five!
A big thank you to all supporters of the Music Department who ordered citrus from our musicians. Our students equalled last years sales total of $8500. The moneyraised will help them pay for their trip to Chicago. Way to go!
