Welcome to week three!
Grade nine students are currently reading To Kill a Mockingbird at home and working on a short story unit at school. In addition, students should be reading the first third of the Independent Study Unit biography.
Grade twelve students are enjoying dramatic readings of Sophocles' Oedipus Rex in class while learning about Aristotle's theory of drama. Does your political leader have hubris? Students will make their case in a visual collage. Student are also reading the first novel (Giller Prize Winner) for the Independent Study Unit.
